all facility areas and services - Data Analysis and Cost Reporting, including review of existing service agreements, budgets, opportunities, strata and vendor review
- Programmed Work Evaluation, required remedial works, development of preventative maintenance regime
- Report on findings and options going forward
Once a strategy has been agreed with the stakeholders our team manage the process of implementation, reporting back to the stakeholders regularly.
