What was delivered:

  • 360 Project Services were engaged to manage the removal of external windows and reinstatement with remedial works to 32 units due to water ingress. The previous builder had gone into liquidation leaving a void for the council of owners. Blackburne engaged 360 to assist the council of owners to remedy the situation.
  • All units werefully protected, and rooms refurbished during the works.

Challenges:

Delivered in 16 weeks.
