What was delivered:

• Design and Construction Management: Designed and constructed new reception, student services, and health services areas, including the upgrade of the existing kitchen and the addition of UAT.
• Design Documentation: Completed comprehensive design documentation to ensure detailed planning and execution of the new layouts.
• Compliance and Approval: Managed compliance and approval processes, ensuring all aspects of the project met relevant regulations and standards.
• Construction Management: Provided full construction management services, overseeing all phases of the project from initiation to completion.
• All project deadlines were delivered on time.

Challenges:

• Existing Infrastructure Integration: Adapting the new designs to fit within the constraints of the existing infrastructure, including the upgrade of the kitchen and integration of new services, required careful planning and execution.
• Compliance and Approvals: Navigating the complex compliance and approval processes to ensure that all new constructions and upgrades met regulatory requirements and college standards.
• Service Adjustments: Modifying existing mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems to align with the new layouts involved detailed coordination and technical adjustments to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Space Optimization: Efficiently utilizing the available space to enhance functionality and service delivery within the new reception, student services, and health services areas.
