360 Project Services were engaged to manage the design and construction of the new Jockeys and Stewards rooms building at the Kalgoorlie Boulder Raceclub.
With the location in close proximity to the race track and mounting yards, careful planning and consideration was taken to ensure the construction works have minimal effect on the horses which can be easily startled from changing environments.
The new building incorporates a spa, first aid room, changing rooms and weigh in / rest areas custom to the requirements of jockeys and stewards.
