- Scheduling and planning the scope of works with the Head Contractor
- Contract & Cost Management
On site remedial works undertaken:
- Removal of all external tiles from the roof and balcony areas on both buildings
- Re-screed, waterproof and install a pedestal tiling system across both buildings
- Install new glass balustrading across all levels of Moritz and the roof of Prestige
- Full external painting to both buildings
- Managed compliance and ensured the Fire stopping solution met the requirements.
