  • Scheduling and planning the scope of works with the Head Contractor
  • Contract & Cost Management

On site remedial works undertaken:

  • Removal of all external tiles from the roof and balcony areas on both buildings
  • Re-screed, waterproof and install a pedestal tiling system across both buildings
  • Install new glass balustrading across all levels of Moritz and the roof of Prestige
  • Full external painting to both buildings
  • Managed compliance and ensured the Fire stopping solution met the requirements.
